NEW JERSEY NATURAL GAS PRESENTS TIPS ON HOME ENERGY CONSERVATION TO LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS

WALL, N.J. – New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) is continuing its efforts to inform customers about how they can conserve energy in their homes and lower their natural gas bills this winter. As a part of its Speakers’ Bureau program, NJNG will visit various organizations in the area to help customers minimize the impact of higher natural gas prices. “Conserving Energy in Your Home,” is one of the many free presentations available through the program.
 
“Our customers can benefit greatly from this presentation because it offers changes that can be made easily, and in many cases, without any cost involved,” said Laurence M. Downes, chairman and CEO of NJNG. “Not only will this help them to lower their heating bills this winter, but conserving energy everyday will help preserve natural resources for future generations to come.”

This particular presentation focuses on many low- and no-cost tips customers can use to keep heat from escaping their home and lowering their energy bills. Information on programmable thermostats, maintaining heating systems and ways to keep out the cold are just some of the topics covered.

Brick Morning Rotary
When: Wednesday, November 23 at 8 a.m.
Where: Tuscany (Restaurant)
